The gorgeous hand painted moon phases design features seven moons masked out in bare (unglazed) clay, surrounded by Creosote glaze, which we’ve covered in mother-of-pearl luster, giving it an all-over rainbow gleam. This listing is for a piece that already exists without luster, and needs a third firing to apply the mother-of-pearl. It should be ready to ship in about a week.

Mugs are thrown on a potter’s wheel from porcelain clay, and pints and shots are slipcast from original molds. The sizes are:

• small mugs: measures about 3” x 3” and holds about 6 oz

• regular mugs: measures about 3.5” x 4” and holds about 12 oz

• pints: measures about 3.5” x 5.5” and holds 16 oz. Optional: add a black silicone lid to turn it into a travel cup

• large mugs: measures about 4” x 4” and holds about 20 oz

• shots: measures about 2” x 2” and holds about 2 oz

• stitch dishes: measures about 3” round

• bud vase: not shown, but we think it will be awesome!

Due to the mother-of-pearl luster, these items should be hand washed only, and cannot be used in the microwave.
